At nik-naks.ca we take your privacy seriously. We value our customers and would never share, sell or rent your personal information to any third party. The information collected will never be used for any purpose other than to provide our customer's with the best possible experience at nik-naks.ca. The information we collect includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. A username and password of your choice is also created to ease the access to your order information such as finding out the status of your order. To ensure that your user name and password remains confidential, please DO NOT share this information with anyone. Your contact information will also be used to deliver our newsletter if you choose to subscribe to it. Satisfaction Guaranteed

All of our products are hand-made and as a result they may vary slightly in size, colour, and/or shape from the picture shown. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us by e-mail (sales@nik-naks.ca) or by phone (403) 609-5255 within 30 days from the delivery of your item for an exchange or refund.


Shipping

All of our items are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (1-3 business days for Alberta and 2-7 business days for the rest of Canada). Nik Naks currently charges a flat rate shipping charge of $10.00 for all orders. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt. We will inform you by e-mail on the status of your order and when it has been shipped. Please note that the above shipping charges are based on shipping to a single address.
